Clauger : air treatment specialist in the food industry
For more than 40 years Clauger has been designing air conditioning systems for the food industry with a specific knowledge in the cheese industry. In the food industry cheese is the product that’s the most complicated to handle because the purpose is not just to keep it cool but to control its evolution. It’s also a fragile product very sensitive to contamination so cleanliness is another parameter to consider in the design. Well we have it all under control.

Clauger/Acel : thermo-winemaking skids
Making wine is a very energy consuming process as you need to warm-up the grapes for thethe maceration then to them cool down for the fermentation. Clauger in partnership with Acel has developed and patented a system similar to a heat pump but specific to winemaking that reduces a lot the energy consumption.
