Hands on Cheesemaking Chèvre & Creme Fraiche with Poached Apples and Pears.

In class we will make fresh Chevre & Creme Fraiche and then poach Gravenstein Apples and Sonoma Grown Pears. Each guest will take home a cheese cloth, cheese ladle, cheese recipe card and cheese trail map. Complimentary Apple and Pear Ciders.
