Hands on Cheesemaking Creme de Ricotta and Whey Poached Salmon & Wild Rice.

In class we will make Creme de Ricotta and teach how to poach Sustainably Farmed Salmon in Whey and cook Rancho Gordo Wild Rice in Whey.

Each guest will take home a cheese cloth, cheese ladle, recipe cards and cheese trail map.
