Hands on Vegan Cheesemaking class. The group will make a cashew basil butter, Smoked Tofu Miso Ginger Cheese & Almond Peppercorn Feta. Each guests will make, taste and enjoy the three fresh made Vegan Cheeses. Class included complimentary cheese cloth, cheese recipe card and taste of Sonoma/Napa Wines.
