Fresh & Fried Paneer with Ghee, Curry Chutney and Whey Roti @ The Epicurean Connection

Hands on Cheesemaking Class. In class we will make Ghee, Fresh and Fried Paneer and serve with a Curry Chutney. Each guest will take home a recipe card, cheese cloth and cheese ladle. Class included a complimentary taste of wine.

Hands on Cheesemaking Class of Creole Cream Cheese New Orleans Style @ The Epicurean Connection
