Hands on Cheesemaking Creme de Ricotta and Whey Poached Salmon & Wild Rice.

In class we will make Creme de Ricotta and teach how to poach Sustainably Farmed Salmon in Whey and cook Rancho Gordo Wild Rice in Whey.

Each guest will take home a cheese cloth, cheese ladle, recipe cards and cheese trail map.

Hands on Cheesemaking Chèvre & Creme Fraiche with Poached Apples and Pears.

In class we will make fresh Chevre & Creme Fraiche and then poach Gravenstein Apples and Sonoma Grown Pears. Each guest will take home a cheese cloth, cheese ladle, cheese recipe card and cheese trail map. Complimentary Apple and Pear Ciders.

Guest local Sonoma 707 Candle Company, (chandler) Ricci Wheatly will walk you through the process of formulating your perfect scent. Use one of our selected all natural phthalate free fragrances or blend your own custom scent. Each guest will take home three soy candles, one 8 oz and two 4 oz. Candles all custom..your smell, your label. even add your own botanicals!

Class will be approximately 1.5 – 2 hours.

Hands On Creme Fraiche & Creme Fraiche Chocolate Fondue 2 Ways @ The Epicurean Connection

In class we will make fresh Cultured Creme Fraiche. In addition we will make a Blackberry Chocolate Fondue and a Raspberry Rose Petal Fondue. Class includes a complimentary Mulled wine tasting. Each guest will take home a Creme Fraiche Culture.
